is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney who specializes in Asset Protection Planning for the elderly, disabled, and people with special needs. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estates Counsel, Fellow of The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association, and Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management. He is a past chair of The Florida Bar Elder Law Section. He served on the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Board of Directors for four years. He received the “Outstanding Member Award” from the Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Charlotte Brayer Public Service Award and “Outstanding Member Award” from the Florida Bar Elder Law Section as a member of the special Public Policy Task Force. He serves on the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. Board as second term President and past Treasurer.
Charlie is a futurist and speaks and writes regularly nationally and internationally on the future of the legal profession. He is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists.
